Chat request :: Form where the visitor can request a chat with an operator.     Chatting :: Chatting form with some text. Also shown is a campaign that is showing in the right side of the window.     Chat rating request :: After detection that chat is closed a chat rating is requested to the visitor.     Chat rating confirmation :: Confirmation of the chat rating.     Chat transcript :: Downloaded chat transcript seen in notepad.
