Ticket Monitor is a small Windows application that constantly checks the website to see the number of tickets open, tickets assigned to you, tickets open today and tickets with today's duedate. After showing one time a small alert message only shows again if there are changes in the number of tickets shown previously.

In the settings form you'll be able to set the URL of your Joomla installation, your username, password and the access code.

The settings form is called after the installation for the first configuration.
System Tray menu
Below is an image of the system tray menu options that allows you to go to the Joomla website by opening the browser, open the settings form or close the application.

On right you can an example of the message shown to the support user when he can see the information about the tickets status. In the example in the system there are 15 tickets open, 11 are assigned to the user that is running the Ticket Monitor and also shows that 3 tickets were open today and 5 have today's duedate. The information is simple but this was intentionally a simple application just to keep support users warned about it.
For the Ticket Monitor to work .Net framework must be installed. The setup will automatically detect and download it.
